Matthew James Owens, age 25 of Wintersville passed away Friday March 18, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his aunt Cheri Masters and was a 2014 graduate of Toronto High School.

Matthew is survived by his mother, Vicki Marie (Brian) Bowman of Wintersville; brother, Jacob Owens of Wintersville; father, James Ralph Owens of Toronto; step-sister, Savannah Bowman; cousin, Ethan W. Masters; grandfather, Henry Stovall of Toronto and several aunts, uncles and cousins, nephews, nieces and step-grandparents.

A memorial service will be held at the Cornerstone Church, 423 Clark St., Toronto at 7:00 PM with Pastor Raul Diaz officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 at the church.
