Michael Gary Huggins, age 69 of Toronto passed away Saturday, April 19th at the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville.

He was born August 19, 1955 the son of the late Melvin Huggins, Jr. and Cathleen (Carpenter) Huggins. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Misty Huggins,

a brother, Melvin Huggins III and three infant sisters.

Michael worked in the construction trade and served his country in the U.S. Navy.

Michaele is survived by his sons, Michael G. Huggins, Jr. and James Huggins, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and his companion, Dawn Hunter.

Michael's arrangements are private at the convenience of his loved ones.
