Michael Edward "Butchy" Smith age 79 of Toronto passed away Sunday April 21, 2024

He was born April 22, 1944 the son of the late Michael and Dorothy (Dyer) Smith.

Michael was a member of the Jenkins Masonic Lodge #471; was a graduate of Steubenville High School and was an avid Steeler fan.

Micheal served his country in the U.S Army during Desert Storm and was retired from Trinity East Medical Center as a store room manager.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maray B. Smith whom he married September 26, 1966 and a brother Dennis Smith.

Michael is survived by sons, Sean M. (Terrinda) Smith and Jason E. smith; daughter, Cristen R. Smith; grandchildren, Olivia and Phoebe; sister, Aimee Swearingen; brothers, Donald Smith and Bernie Smith

A graveside service for Michael will be held 1:00 pm Friday, April 26th at the Union Cemetery, Steubenville.

Michael's arrangements are entrusted to the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
