NADINE B. LEATHERBERRY After a courageous, year long battle with cancer Nadine B. Leatherberry age 83 of Wellsville, Oh. was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday January 20, 2009 at the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit North of Steubenville.Upon her arrival in Heaven she will be warmly welcomed by her husband of 46 years, Ray H. Leatherberry who was called to Heaven May 28, 1998 and Becky Lou Leatherberry their infant daughter whom Nadine will finally be able to hold in her loving arms.Nadine was born in Stratton, Ohio on September 5, 1925 to James and Bea (Dunlap) Dobson. She was the first daughter born in a family of 7 children. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents "Jimmy" and Bea, her 2 brothers, William "Billy" Dobson and Conrad "Con" Dobson and her sister Linda Dobson.Nadine will be deeply missed by her sister and best friend, Peggy Rose of Highlandtown. Her brothers, John Dobson of Wellsville and Kenneth "Kenny" Dobson of Toronto. Nadine''s life revolved around her family and she so much enjoyed spending time laughing and talking with each one of them. She leaves behind and will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Carol Minor and her husband Tom of Wellsville and her 2 grandchildren Mandy (Chris) Flory and Jeremy (Heather) Minor of Lisbon. Nadine was not only a wonderful Mother and Grandmother, she was a true friend offering her wisdom and guidance any time that it was needed.Nadine also leaves behind her 5 Great Grandchildren Devyn and Brayden Flory whom she has babysat since their birth, and Hannah, Noah, and Grant Minor of Lisbon. All of Nadine''s family was loved and cherished but her Great Grandchildren held a special place in her heart. They were her pride and joy.We were truly blessed to have known and loved this wonderful women and to have been loved by her.She will be greatly missed here on earth, but our loving memories will keep her with us now and forever, until we meet again.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M.
