Nancy Lee Waggoner, age 71 of Toronto (New Somerset) passed away Wednesday at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 26, 1950 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Charles and Pauline (Culp) Glenn and also preceded in death by her husband, Edward D. "Bugger" Waggoner January 5, 2021 and whom she married May of 1976.

Nancy was a member of the New Somerset Christian Church; was a 1968 graduate of Jefferson Union High School and had been employed as a door greeter at Steubenville Wal-Mart.

She is survived by her daughter, Amy Jo (Shane) Waggoner of New Somerset; sons, Gary (Kristy) Waggoner of Richmond and Benjamin "BJ" (Amy Lynn) Waggoner of New Somerset; nine grandchildren; brother,Curt (Virginia) Glenn of Irondale and Goddaughter, Paulette Davis of Empire.

Visitation hours for Nancy will be held at the New Somerset Christian Church from 2 to 5 PM Tuesday, January 4th followed by a celebration service of Nancy's life at 5 PM with Pastor Rob Minto officiating.  Private family interment will take place Wednesday at the New Somerset Christian Church Cemetery.
