Nelson Berl Wells, age 70 passed away Monday, January 16, 2023 at The Hospice House, Poland, OH

He was born June 16, 1952 in Tyler County, WV the son of the late Floyd and Madeline l(Matthews) Wells and was also preceded in death by his wife, Wihelmina Lynn "Willie" Wells whom he married June 14, 1975 and a daughter, Juanita Rebecca Wells in 2006.

Nelson's favorite saying was " It's your lie, make it as big as you want to."

He was retired as a truck driver for the Fraley-Schilling Company retiring in 2017

Nelson's survivors include: daughter, Denise (John Hollins) Wells of Niles, OH; brothers and sisters, Lloyd A. (Ann Lee) Wells of Toronto, Deborah J. Smith of Stratton, the Charles W. (Rhonda)Wells of Empire and a bonus granddaughter, Katherine Hollins-Fritsch.

A graveside service for Nelson will be held Saturday April 15th at 1:00 pm at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery. Military Honors by the Toronto American Legion Honor Guard will be presented following services at the cemetery.
