TOGETHER AGAIN
Norvegia Livia "Nora" Stasiulewicz, age 93 a homemaker of Toronto passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
She was born January 13, 1928 in Volant, PA the daughter of the late George and Cornelia (Bragatto) Santin.
Nora was a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church of Toronto and the Catholic Women's Club of the church; member of the Toronto American Legion Auxiliary; was a 1946 graduate of Toronto high School and a member of the Toronto High School Alumni Association and loved to do word search.
Beside her parents, Nora was preceded in death by her husband, Chester J. Stasiulewicz who passed in 2013 and whom she married July 3, 1950; grandsons, Matthew Barcus and Albert Barcus; two sisters and brother Norge Santin and son-in-law, Tom Redmond.
Nora is survived by her daughters, Mary E. (Ron) Dacko and Patti Redmond all of Toronto; sons, David (Mary) Stas of Toronto, John (Kimberly) Stas of Steubenville and George (Tracy) Stas of Ashville, OH; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Mary Sanchez of Sun City, CA.
Visitation hours for Nora will be held 1-6 PM Monday, October 11th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto and from 10 AM to 11 AM Tuesday, October 12th at the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, Toronto where a Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Tuesday with celebrant Father Thomas Vennitti officiating. Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
A Vigil Service will be held at the funeral home 3 PM Monday.
Toronto American Legion Auxilary service 5 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in memory of Nora may be made to the Toronto High School Alumni Association, P. O. 273, Toronto, OH 43964 or the St. Francis Catholic Church, 1224 N. River Ave., Toronto, OH 43964.
