Obituary
He is the son of Lacey Banks and Justin Briggs and is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Jerry (Kandy) Banks and paternal grandmother, Donna (Bob) Lemons.
Owen was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Deborah Banks and paternal grandfather, Jim Briggs.
A memorial service for Owen will be held 10 A.M. Friday, Oct. 18th at the Prayer Hill Church of God, Wheeling, WV.
