Patricia Ann Halm, age  81 of Toronto, OH passed away Friday,  January 19, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born December 17, 1936 in Ashland, KY the daughter of the late James Junior Shay and Angela Elizabeth Shay.

Patricia was a member of the Steubenville Church of the Nazarene; was a 1955 graduate of Jefferson Union High School and the Steubenville Business College.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fred Elmer Halm who passed away September 3, 2017; brother, James Shay; step-son, David Halm

Patricia is survived by her son, John (Rita) Riley of Toronto, OH; step-daughter, Jennifer Halm of Mingo Jct., OH; grandchildren, April (Eric) Crew, Jay (Mindie) Riley, Joey Halm; great-grandchildren, J.J. Riley and  Kloe Riley, Jordan Crew and Livia Crew; brother Robert Shay of Halandale, FL and sister-in-law, Susan (Don) Robinson of Highlands, N.C.

Visitation hours for Patricia will be held from 12 noon to 2 P.M. Tuesday, January 23rd at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto.

A celebration service of Patricia's life will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Reverend Ronald Miller officiating. Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
