Patrick K. Mossor (Kenny)
Kenny was born December 11, 1937
The son of the late Perlie and Hilda Mossor. He was the oldest of
three boys. Himself, Rex and Jerry. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Donna,
Daughter Peggy and brother Jerry. Save for his time in the service Kenny spent his entire life on
the same piece of property where he was born at the base of Wallace hill.
After graduation from High School Kenny joined the US Army and was stationed in Korea and
Fort Bliss Texas. During this time that he began a pen pal relationship with the former Donna
McCain. They were married Feb 25th
1962 and began their family. Father of 4 they had Kenny,
Gary, Tina and Peggy.
After the service Kenny settled in with Ohio Bell and worked there until his retirement. Kenny
was an Elder at the former Church of Christ in Toronto. Upon retirement Kenny developed of
love for building furniture and restoring old clocks. He and Donna use to build furniture every
year and deliver it to Branson Missouri for an auction to raise money. Kenny was dedicated to
service for others. He chaired the Jefferson County board for the Jeffco workshop and also
volunteered at the Urban mission in Steubenville.
Kenny is survived by Kenny Lee Mossor and wife Cindy. Gary and Julie Mossor. Tina and Mike
Jouma, 7 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.
A visitation for Kenny’s family and friends will be held from 12 noon to 1 P.M Saturday at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A Celebration of Kenny’s life service will be held at 1 P.M. with Pastor Mark Bakley officiating.
