Byers - Age 78 - of Township Line Road, Wellsville, Ohio, passed away Friday - August 9, 2002 at his home.He was born December 4, 1923 in Empire, Ohio, the son of the late Albert and Minnie Keeder Byers.Paul is a member of the Empire United Methodist Church - Empire, OhioHe is also a member of: Ohio Edison Sammis Plant High Stack Club - A.A.R.P. - Troop 142 - Boy Scouts of America at the Sugar Grove Methodist Church.Paul is a U.S.Army Air Corps veteran of W.W. II having served in the European Theatre of Operations.He is retired from the Ohio Edison Co. - Sammis Plant, Stratton, Ohio as a machinist.Paul was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Audry and Raymond Byers.His survivors are:Wife: Anna Mae Peterson Byers of the home whom he married March 26, 1948Son: Jack David Byers and wife Rose of Enon Valley, PA.Daughter: Mrs. Kevin (Sandra Kay) Chronister of Wellsville, Ohio2 Grandaughters: Anna Byers of Enon Valley, PA.
