Paul L. Howard, Sr., age 72 a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend to many of Toronto passed away Saturday May 29, 2010 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville.He was born July 2, 1937 in Toronto the son of the late Harry Howard, Sr. and Iva Anderson Howard.Paul is a member of the Simpson United Methodist Church of Steubenville; a 1955 graduate of Toronto High School where he excelled in track; was an avid hunter and fisherman; was a loyal Cleveland Browns fan; was on the Titanium Metals softball team.He is retired as a supervisor of the Titanium Metals Corporation of Toronto.Paul was preceded by: Parents; wife ? Donna J.M. Dorsey Howard who passed away in 1996 and whom he married February 23, 1959; son ? Bruce Dwayne Howard; daughter ? Angela Denise Howard Williams; granddaughter ? Brianna Marie Howard Galloway; brothers ? Harry, Jr., Glenn Allen and Wayne Edward Howard; sisters ? an infant sister; Clara Faye and Theora June Howard, Iva Mae Shyne, Marie Brown and Clara Fay Howard.His survivors are:Sons: Paul L.
