Pearl Della Brand, 94, of Toronto, Ohio passed away on January 17, 2024 at Dixons Health Care Center, Wintersville, Ohio with family by her side. She was born on August 11, 1929 the eldest and only surviving of eight children born to the late Walter and Waneda (Lemasters) Brown.

She was also proceeded in death by her husband Thurston Brand in 2017, whom she married on May 18, 1948, an infant daughter Rosalie Ann Brand, a son Alan James Brand, grandson David Lee Rosenberger and son-in-law Dave Rosenberger.

Pearl was a wife, mother and homemaker, who loved country life on her small farm. She was also active in the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Dept. Women's Auxiliary and loved to travel in her younger years. She enjoyed camping at the Jefferson County Fair every year.

Pearl is survived by a daughter Cynthia Rosenberger, a son Thomas "Ed" (Monique) Brand, a granddaughter Tina Rosenberger and grandson Travis Lee Brand. Many nieces and nephews survive.

Private arrangements are in the care of Clarke Funeral Home in Toronto, Ohio. No visitation or services will be held to honor Pearls' wishes. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at the Island Creek Cemetery.
