Phillip Michael Garbade, age 54 of Toronto passed away suddenly at his home Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
He was born September 29, 1958 in Florence, South Carolina the son of the late Arnold and Emily Perry Garbade.
Phillip was a member of the Crossroads Christian Church of Wintersville, OH; was a member of the Water Environment Federation; a graduate of the Camden Military Academy of Camden, S.C. and was employed as the plant operator for the Steubenville, OH Wastewater Department.
He is survived by his wife a
