Phyllis Ann Palmer, age 73 of Steubenville passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023
She was born May 17, 1949 in Steubenville the daughter of the late ……………………. and also preceded in death by her husband Donald George Palmer in 2015 and siblings, Lester, Linda and Marie Channels.
Phyllis enjoyed time with family and friends, working puzzles and enjoyed playing board games. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend who adored her grandchildren.
Phyllis is survived by her sons, Donald William Palmer and Eric Rolland (Wendy) Palmer; grandsons, Aaron, Michael and Gage Palmer all of Steubenville; brother Butch (Debbie) Channels, Bolivar, OH; nieces, Amy and Crystal Channels of Bolivar, OH and family friend, Amy Hoover of Steubenville.
Phyllis' arrangements will be private and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
