Phyllis L. Stovall - Age 59 - of Toronto, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio.She was born July 3, 1943 in New Martinsville, WV., the daughter of the late George Phillips who passed away June 4, 2002 and her mother who survives, Lillie Maxine Ward Phillips of Steubenville.Phyllis is a member of the North River Avenue Church of Christ, Toronto.She is also a member of the Toronto American Legion Post 86 Auxillary and the Toronto V.F.W. Post 6906 Auxillary.Phyllis is a graduate of Steubenville High School.She was formerly employed at the Toronto V.F.W. Post 6906.Phyllis was preceded in death by: Father/ Brother: Harry E.
