Ralph V. Dilly, age 80 of Toronto, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2006 at the Veteran''s Administration Hospital - Pittsburgh.Born August 18, 1926 in Richwood, West Virginia, he is a son of the late Lanny A"PaA" and Local Bell A"GrannyA" Webb Dilly. He is a 1944 Graduate of Toronto high School, and is a retired supervisor from the former Toronto Paper Board Company (Valley Converting). Ralph served in the U.S. Army during WW II and fought in the Pacific Theatre. He is a member of the Toronto American legion Post #86; Veteran''s of Foreign Wars Post #6906; Dyer Country Club, and was an Ohio Stationary Steam Engineer. He is protestant by faith.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Dilly and Gatha Pensis.Ralph is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annetta Edgar Dilly of the home, a son Mike Dilly and his wife Vicki of Lenoir City, Tennessee a daughter Mrs. Grace McIntosh and her husband Marvin of Toronto. Five grandchildren, Leslie (Stan) Walker, Kelly (Matt) Francy, Erin Dilly, Brandon (Alana) Dilly, and John Dilly, and a great-granddaughter Gabrielle Walker.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Thursday, October 26, 2006 from 12:00P.M.
