Regina R. "Jeannie" Kishbaugh, age 70 of Steubenville, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Lifeline Hospital in Wintersville.
Born September 9, 1943 in Steubenville, she is a daughter of the late Frank and Lucille (Brotherton) Utzler. Jeannie was Methodist by faith, and is retired as a bartender from the Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagle Aerie #1276 and was a member of the Ladies Auxillary there.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. Kishbaugh Sr. whom she married November 30, 1985 and who passed away May 15, 2009; and a brother William Utzler.
Jeannie''s survivor''s include, four sons, Tom Kenny and his wife Janice of Mingo Jct., Ohio, David Kenny and his wife Janet of Steubenville, Ohio, Michael Kenny of Steubenville, Ohio, Henry Kishbaugh Jr. and his wife Tracy of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania; four daughters, Mrs. Martina Herrlein and her husband Philip of Brilliant, Ohio, Lynnette Kenny of Mingo Jct., Ohio, Bobbi Jo Kenny and George Wiley of Toronto, Ohio, Juli Knight and her husband Jim of Wintersville, Ohio; Eleven Grandchildren, Tom, Travis, Josh, Tysie, Marisa, Corey, Erica, Taylor, Jimmy, Chelsie, Tiffany; and a Great-Grandchild, Maddie.
