Rhoda Juanita Cable, age 93 of Toronto, OH passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Trinity Medical Center-West, Steubenville, OH.
She was born February 1, 1921 in Cambridge, OH the daughter of the late Loran and Gabriel Louise (Teret'') Freas.
Rhoda was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Toronto and the Gleaner''s Women''s Organization of the church; member and past treasurer of the Toronto Senior Citizens.
She had been employed at the Weirton Steel Co., Steubenville plant during W.W.II; was owner along with her husband Dean of the former Toronto Western Auto Store and retired as office manager at the Toronto office of optometrist Dr. James Volk. Rhoda was preceded in death by her parents; husband a
