Baker - Age 77 - of East Liverpool, Ohio passed away Tuesday - June 6, 2006 at the Dixon Health Care Center- Wintersville.He was born January 16, 1929 in Steubenville the son of the late Bernard and Anna Messer Baker.Richard is retired from the Crucible Steel Co. - Midland, Pa. As a foreman.He is a U.S.Navy veteran.Richard was preceded in death by: Parents / 4 Brothers - Donald, Bernard, Paul and William Baker.His survivors are: Brother: David Baker and wife Alice of Mingo Jct., OhioSister: Mary Monigold of Costonia, OhioSeveral nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.Friends and family will gather for visitation from 5 to 8 P.M.
