Richard Samuel "Sambo" Fullerton, age 68 of Calcutta, OH, a former Toronto, OH resident, passed away November 3, 2014 at the East Liverpool City Hospital and had been a 20 year resident of the Calcutta Health Care Center, Calcutta, OH

He was born in Steubenville, OH December 22, 1945 the son of the late Samuel and Sarah Alice (Donahue) Fullerton.

Richard was Nazarene by faith; was retired from the former Kaul Clay Manufacturing Company of Toronto and had been employed by the Sheets Trucking Company of Empire, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Ruth Chevalier; brothers, Eugene "Bud" Fullerton and William "Bill" Fullerton. Richard''s survivors are his son, Joey Fullerton; daughters, Beverly and Loranne all of High Springs, FL; sisters, Janet Morrow, Jackie Williamson, Beverly (Harold) Owens, Carol (Mike) Long all of Toronto, OH and Rosalie McIntyre of Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers, James Fullerton and companion Ruth Scott, Robert Fullerton and companion Clara Valentine, Walter (Kathy) Fullerton and Ronald Fullerton all of Toronto, OH. Visitation hours for Richard will be held 2-4 & 6-8 Friday, November 7th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH. A celebration service of Richard''s life will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 8th at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Crowe officiating. Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
