Webber - Age 72 - of State Highway 646 - Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away Friday - January 24, 2003 at the Trinity Medical Center-West, Steubenville.He was born September 14, 1930 in New Matamoras, Ohio, the son of the late Richard Floyd and E. Mildred Riggs WebberRichard attended the Cadiz Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah''s WitnessHe is a member of the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department form 1965 up to his passing and served as the fire department''s first Fire Chief from 1965 to 1967. He was a former member of the Jefferson Ruritan Club.Richard is retired from the Weir Cove Trucking Co. of Weirton and is a member of the Teamsters UnionHe was preceded in death by his parents and first wife - Agnes E.
