He was born September 8, 1927 in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, the son of the late Robert L.Beale, Sr. and Betty Short Beale.
He is a U.S. Navy Veteran of W.W.II
He is retired from the Boilermakers Union Local #154 - Pittsburgh, Pa.
He was preceded in death by: Parents / Wife - Nancy M. Fisher Beale in October 1, 1989 whom he married January 25, 1952 / a son - Robert L. Beale III in June 12, 1989 / Twin son Danny Lloyd Beale and Twin daughter Donna Lynn Beale in 1961 / a Grandson - Elijah Carouthers in 1984 / two brothers - Leroy Casey and Rudolph ''''Doc'''' Beale / sister- Mable Wooten / a son-in-law - Thomas Carouthers in 2000
