Robert O. Hall, Age 68, of Toronto passed away Saturday February 9th at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.He was born December 28, 1939 in Wellsville the son of the late Donald R. and Mildred Mae (Culp) Hall.Robert is a Protestant by faith and is a long time member of the Toronto Rod and Gun Club. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.He retired in 1993 from the Ohio Edison Co. Toronto Power Plant.Robert was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters - Donna Coy and Delorma Barber.His survivors are:Wife: Joyce I.
