Obituary

Ronald W. Mushrush, age 60 of Empire, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at St. Clair Hospital - Pittsburgh.Born April 7, 1945 in Sugar Grove, he is a son of the late Kenneth T. and Catherine E. Hartline Mushrush. He is protestant by faith, and is retired as a Heavy Equipment Operator for T.P. Mining in New Somerset, OH. He is the President of the Toronto Band Fathers, and was loved camping and the outdoors.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Sam Best, a Grandson Jeremy Best, and a Great-Grandson John Porter.His survivors include his wife of 37 years Gilanna G. A"GailA" Mushrush of the home. Two sons, Terry Best and his wife Karen of New Somerset, and Nelson Best and his wife Susan of Knoxville. Three daughters, Mrs. Diane Maffett and her husband Mike of Magnolia, Oh. , Ms. Melanie Bodo of Empire, and Ms. Kathy Mushrush of Fairmont, W.Va. A brother, Kenneth R. Mushrush of Toronto, a sister Ms. Lois Wiley of Toronto, a daughter-in-law Irene Best of North Lafayette, Indiana, Twenty-two Grandchildren, and Nineteen Great-Grandchildren.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Friday, November 25, 2005 from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main St. Toronto, Ohio 43964. 740-537-1234/800-588-1446A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Curtis Watkins officiating. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
