Ronald E. Tice, age 65 of Toronto, passed away on Tuesday March 22, 2011 at The Laurels of Steubenville.Born July 22, 1945 in Empire, Ohio he is a son of the late Leslie and Eula Little Tice. He is a member of the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church and the Toronto American Legion Post #86. Ron served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He is retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation where he worked as a Millright in the Caster Department at the Mingo Jct. Plant.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Lester, Robert, and James Tice; two sisters, Roberta Hupp and Sylvia Channels; and a Grandson Holden Grimm.Ron''s survivors include his wife, Mrs. Debbie A. (Martin) Tice of the family home. Two daughters, Ms. Racinda Grimm of Toronto, and Miss Merissa Tice also of Toronto; a son, Britt E. Tice of Irondale, Ohio; a brother Elmer Tice and his wife Connie of Empire; Mrs. Mary Jane Dawson of Swartz Creek, Michigan, Mrs. Leslie Wise and her husband Ancel of Empire, Mrs. Victoria Cline and her husband Elbert of Walker, West Virginia; and Mrs. Karen Wszeborowski and her husband Ed of Steubenville, Ohio; Grandchildren, Jeanelle, Brittany, and Hunter Tice, Hayden and Dakota Grimm, and Braiden and Kisiah Wiggins; His best friend Kenneth McMasters and family of Hammondsville, Ohio; and his friends with the Treasure Island Breakfast group.Family and Friends will gather for visitation on Friday, March 25, 2011 from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home 302 Main St. Toronto 740-537-1234/800-588-1446A celebration service of Ron''s life will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Reverend Frank Hudson officiating.
