Russell Franklin Crowe, age 59 of Irondale, OH passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the East Liverpool City Hospital. He was born August 9, 1962 in Beaver Falls, PA the son of the late David Crowe, Sr. and Marrcellene (Locke) Crowe Tanley. Russell was a 1981 graduate of Stanton Local High School and had served as an Irondale Village Councilman and was retired from the Advanced Electrical Co. of St. Petersburg, FL. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Kevin, Jeffrey and David Crowe, Jr. and sister, Marcie Crowe. Russell is survived by his brothers, Rev. Dan Crowe of Irondale and Douglas Crowe of California. Visitation hours for Russell will be held 6-8 Monday, June 6th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration service of Russell's life will be held 11 AM Tuesday, June 7th with his brother, the Reverend Dan Crowe officiating. Interment will follow at the Morning View Cemetery, Irondale
