Russell LeRoy Haas - Age 66 - of Steubenville passed away Tuesday - February 26th at the Lancia Villa Royale Nursing Home of Steubenville.Russell was born June 23, 1941 in Longbottom, Ohio the son of the late LeRoy and Violet M.
