Russell L. Shiar - Age 67 - of Steubenville, Ohio, died Tuesday September 3, 2002 at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.He was born July 15, 1935 in Washington, DC, the son of the late Charles J. and Eunice Faye Clark Shiar.Russell is a member of the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church.He is a 1954 graduate of Toronto High School and loved golfing and visiting with family and friends.Russell is a veteran of the U.S.Air Force.He is retired from the Weirton Steel Company as a forman.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Richard Lee "Ricky" Shiar who passed away July 15, 1992 and a brother James Timothy Shiar who passed away in 1992.His survivors are:Wife: Nellie M.
