Ruth "Ruthie" Anne Moore, 86 of Toronto, OH passed away Friday February 3, 2023 at the Lancia Royale Nursing Home Steubenville.

She was born January 4, 1937 in New Martinsville, WV the daughter of the late Leslie Earl Stevens and Meryle (Watkins) Stevens.

Ruthie was a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church, Toronto, OH and was retired from the Jefferson County Library, Schiappa Library branch of Steubenville, OH where she had been a library clerk.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Okey Williams in 1995 whom she married December 7, 1957 and her second husband Donald J. Moore December 16, 2022 whom she married October 12, 2006. Also preceded by a sister, Ramona Wharton in 2006.

Ruthie is survived by a son, Steven Anthony Williams of Toronto, OH; daughters, Stacy Jo Williams of Toronto, OH and Robin Lynne (Sean Laukert) Williams of Steubenville, OH and grandsons, Steven Michael Williams of Toronto, OH and Lucas Shane Williams of Columbus, OH.

Ruth's arrangements are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH and are private at the convenience of her family.
