Ruth M. McCloud, age 49 of Steubenville passed away Monday June 3, 2024 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North.

She was born July 31, 1974 in Steubenville and had been employed at the Speedway Gas Station in Steubenville.

Ruth was preceded in death by her mother, Glenda Jean (Horn) McCloud and sisters, Deana Shea in 1996 and Diane Matthews in 2008.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Kimble; grandchildren, Aiden, Bella and Brantly; sisters, Jennifer (Ralph) Duffy and Frankie (Howard) Reed.

Ruth's arrangements are private and are entrusted to the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.

Memorial contributions in memory of Ruth may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
