Samantha "Sam" Marie Booher, age 33, a beloved and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many, passed away suddenly Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born October 29, 1983 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Samantha was a member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ, Industry, PA; was a Girl Scout and Brownie leader; was a 2002 graduate of East Liverpool High School and was a social member of the Irondale Volunteer Fire Department.

She was employed as a teller at the Toronto Branch of Huntington Bank.

Samantha was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, William and Betty Schmitt; paternal grandfather, Harold J. Mitchell and step-mother, Kathy Booher.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel "Sam" David Booher whom she married February 15, 2003; son, Alexander Michael Booher; daughter, Elizabeth Nichole Booher; father, David "Gar" Thomas Mitchell of Amsterdam, OH and mother, Karen Louise (Schmitt) Mitchell of Irondale, OH; brother, David "D.J." (Sherry) Mitchell of Irondale, OH,; paternal grandmother, Mary L. (Frank) Jurcevich; brothers-in-law, Michael (Rose) Schneider, David Snyder, Steven Schneider and Andrew Miller; sisters-in-law, Tiffany (David) Thompson, Bridgette (Preston) Williams and Angela Booher. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends.

Friends and family will be received for visitation from 2 to 7 P.M. Monday, June 19th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.

A celebration service of Samantha's life will be held 7 P.M. Monday at the funeral home with pastors Jeff Phillis and Dan Crow officiating.
