Sandra Lee Moore - age 66 - a homemaker of Toronto, Ohio passed away Wednesday July 20, 2011 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, Ohio.She was born November 11, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy Hughey Hartline.Sandra is a member of the Empire United Methodist Church and is a graduate of the former Jefferson Union High School (Edison Local).She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband James H. Moore who passed away January 23, 2009 and whom she married September 17, 1973.Sandra''s survivors are her son - Edward H. Moore and fiance Dawn of the family home; sister -Patricia Mae Brown Hartline of Wintersville, Ohio; step sons - James, Louie and Bob Moore all of Illinois.Six grandchildrenAll arrangements for Sandra will be private and at the convenience of the family.The care of Sandra is entrusted to the Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main Street - Toronto, Ohio.
