Sandra Kay "Sandy" McClurg, age 70 a homemaker of Wellsville, OH passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at the East Liverpool City Hospital.

She was born April 12, 1949 in Steubenville.

Sandy was a member of the Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church of Wellsville, OH; loved family gatherings; flower gardening and loved to sew. She was a 1967 graduate of Toronto High School.

She was preceded in death by her father, Faye Scott; husband, Robert E. McClurg, September 10, 2018 whom she married August 12, 1967 and a sister, Robin Moodie.

Sandy is survived by her mother, Betty (Haught) Hawkins of Steubenville, OH, sons, Robert L. McClurg of Wellsville, OH, Greg A. (Christine) McClurg of Beaver Falls, PA and Brad (Angie Conrad) McClurg of Eighty Four, PA; brother, Bill (Sue) Scott of Mingo Jct., OH; grandchildren, Lucky, Kai, Jesse, Gina, Abby, Haley, Krista, Tommy and Brian; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Carter and Xander; brother-in-law, John (Trudi) McClurg of Toronto, OH and sister-in-law, Patty (Al) Hayter of Calcutta, OH.

Visitation hours for Sandy will be held 5-7 P.M. Friday, June 14th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto and from 10-11 A.M. Saturday, June 15th at the funeral home.

A celebration service of Sandy's life will be held 11 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home with

Cindy James officiating. Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery.
