Sylvia Jane Turner, age 71 of Toronto, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Wyngate in Weirton.Born December 20, 1939 in Steubenville, she is a daughter of the late Helen Rhoene Search. She was a Homemaker.In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her husband, Frances Dwain Turner, whom she married May 3, 1981 and who passed away March 16, 2009; three brothers Gary, William, and Bob Search; and two sisters Donna Sutton and Edna Ross.JaneA
