Terry Joseph Best, age 61 of Toronto (New Somerset), OH passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH

He was born November 18, 1954 in Butler, PA

Terry was a member of the Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 1276 and Mobley's Pool Team; a graduate of Jefferson Union High School;  was an avid Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider and was retired from the Weirton Steel Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ron and Gillanna (Claypole) Mushrush; brother Sam Best and nephew Jeremy Best.

Terry is survived by his wife Karen J. (Bowersock) Best whom he married November 12, 1991; son Paul Porter of Empire, OH; daughters Tonya Porter-Tice of Stratton, OH, Leslie Best of Empire, OH and Teri Jo Best of New Somerset, OH;  grandchildren Jennifer Bryan, Nichole Porter, Jeanelle Tice, Brittany Tice, Paul David Porter, Hunter Tice and Gracie Dowling; five great-grandchildren;  brother Nelson Best of Irondale, OH; sisters, Diane Moffat of Bergholz, OH and Melonie Martin of Empire, OH.

Visitation hours for Terry will be held 2-4 & 6-8 Wednesday, April 13th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH

A celebration service of Terry's life will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, April 14that the funeral home with Pastor Dirk Hall officiating.

To honor Terry's wishes, he will be cremated.
