Terry A. Reese, age 60 of Empire, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2006 at Trinity Medical Center West - Steubenville.Born August 20, 1945 in Steubenville OH. he is a son of the late Harry A. and Dorothy Keenan Reese Sr. He is a member of The Empire United Methodist Church, and was employed at Reese Home in Empire, OH. He is a 1963 Graduate of Toronto High School, and served as a Councilman in Empire, and served as its Mayor for 12 years. He served on the Jefferson County Board of Director''s for the 911 Emergency system, was a member and Past President of the Jefferson County Mayor''s Association; Served on the Ohio Public Works Commission and the Ohio Municipal League (Issue 2); The Jefferson County Democratic Party (Central & Executive Committees) and was a coach with the Toronto Junior Baseball League for over 40 years.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Harry A. Reese Jr., John Reese and a sister, Nancy Desper.Terry is survived by a brother Wendell B. Reese of Empire, Oh. Three sisters, Mrs. Brenda VanDine and her husband Dick of Hammondsville, Oh. Mrs. Cindy Graham Douglass and her husband Sam of St. Clairsville, Oh. And Mrs. Amy Russell of Salineville, Oh. Twenty Nieces and Nephews; Forty-two Great Nieces and Nephews; and special family John Sloane and sons Bubby, Michael, Ryan and Hank Sloane.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, April 17, 2006 from 1-4 & 6-9 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main St. Toronto, Ohio 740-537-1234/800-588-1446A funeral service will be on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the funeral Home with Rev.
