Parsons, 64, of Statton, Ohio, passed away Monday, September 2, 2002 at he home of natural causes.She was born April 27, 1938 in Jefferson County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Orville Walker and Audrey Mae Starr House.Thelma attended the Stratton Church of the Nazarene and is a member of the Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxillary.She is retired from the Village of Stratton as Village Treasurer.Thelma was preceded in death by: Parents/First husband, Richard Louis Scheel, who passed away in 1973, a sister-Marlene Hannen/ an infant brother-Orville Walker House, Jr.Her survivors are:Husband, Walter G. Parsons, Jr. of the home whom she married February 14, 1992; 3 Daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Daria) Mackey of Richmond, Ohio, Mrs. Dan (Linda)Patterson of Kingwood. W. VA. and Mrs. Paul (Connie) Rohall of Stratton, Ohio; 2 Step-Sons, Jason Parsons of Cincinnati, Ohio and Daun Parsons of Toronto, Ohio; 2 Sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Judith) Willaimson of Toronto, Ohio and Mildred "Midgie" Stoll of Tornoto, Ohio; Grandchildren, Kenneth and Nicole Mackey / James and Caitlin Patterson / Adriana and Derek Rohall / Samatha, Allison and Jared Parsons; Great-Granddaughter, Leigha Mackey.Friends and family will be receiced for visitation 7-9 Wednesday / 2-4 & 7-9 Thursday at the Clarke Funeral Home-302 main Street-Toronto, Ohio 740-537-1234 or 800-588-1446.A funeral service will be held 11:00 Am Friday, September 6, 2002 at the funeral home with the Rev.
