Theodore E. "Ted" Riffle, Sr., age 82 of Toronto, OH passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the Acuity Specialty Hospital, Steubenville, OH
He was born February 25, 1930 in Toronto, OH the son of the late Ezra and Grace Kilmer Riffle.
Ted was a member of the Hill Top Presbyterian Church; was a founding member and former fire chief of the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department; Toronto American Legion Post # 86; the Toronto Sunrise Senior Citizens and had served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Army.
