Theodore "Ted" C. Troski, age 93, of Toronto passed away Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio.
He was born August 29, 1918 in Yorkville, Ohio the son of the late Walter and Helen Wypsek Troski.
Ted is a member of the St.Francis Roman Catholic Church of Toronto. His other memberships include: the oldest member of the Toronto American Legion Post#86 where he had served as post Chaplain; Weirton V.F.W. Post 2716; Disabled American Veterans; Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge; National 4th Infantry Division Association; Toronto Knights of Columbus Council No. 2187; Father Biglow Assembly 4th Degree Knights of Columbus and the Weirton Steel 25 Year Club.
He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan and served his country in W.W. II in the U.S. Army in the European Theatre of Operations and the Battle of the Bulge. He received three Bronze Service Stars for his service in the Army.
