Thomas Burkey - Age 57 - of Toronto, passed away Friday - March 28, 2003 as a result of a school bus accident on County Road 47 - J.F.K. Highway - Toronto.He was born April 28, 1945 in Steubenville the son of the late Albert A Burkey who passed away in 1974 and Elizabeth A. A"LizA" Fursh Grose who passed away in 1996.Tom is a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church of Toronto. He was one of the original organizers and a former member of the Toronto Emergency Medical Service and was a coach of the Toronto City Girls Softball organization.He was employed as a bus driver for the Toronto City School System and also was employed at the Toronto Recreation Center.
