Thomas Ray Reed, age 69 of Wintersville, a former Toronto, OH resident passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015.
He was born February 14, 1946 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Ray E. and Wilda Mercer Reed.
Thomas is survived by his sister, Doris A. Reed of Toronto, OH.
All arrangements for Thomas will be private at the convenience of the family and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH.
