Thomas Lee Walenciej, age 56 of Steubenville, OH passed away suddenly at his home Sunday, May 1, 2016.

He was born May 12, 1959 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Edward Walenciej, Sr. and Ermaline (Bonifine) Teter.

Thomas was retired from Tapco Industries of Pittsburgh, PA and loved to fish and go camping.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Danny, John Paul and Edward Walenciej, Jr.; sister Stella Gault; granddaughter Brittany Nichole Walenciej.

Thomas is survived by his wife Connie Jean (Confalone) Walenciej whom he married August 28, 1976; sons Brian J. (Tina) Walenciej of Steubenville, OH and Thomas E. (Jeanne) Walenciej of Amsterdam, OH;

Daughter Diana Noble of Steubenville, OH;  grandchildren Sophia, Tessa, Savannah, Thomas and Kayla Walenciej; brothers Joe Walenciej of Weirton, WV and Bob Walenciej of Steubenville, OH; sister Marie (Leonard) Dilley of Toronto, OH.

Visitation hours for Thomas will be held 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 6th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.

A celebration service of Thomas' life will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
