Tracy Alan Parker Priscilla, age 53 of Toronto, OH passed away Friday, October 7, 2016 at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA He was born October 22, 1962 in Steubenville, OH Tracy was a 1981 graduate of Toronto High School; served his country in the U.S. Army and was employed at the Atrium Innovations Company of Pittsburgh, PA. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald L. Parker and is survived by his mother, Daisy May (Batcho) Parker of Toronto, OH; brothers, John (Becky) Priscilla of Stratton, OH and Ronny Parker of New Orleans, LA; sisters, Tammy Parker and Gina (Rick) Boughton all of Toronto, OH. Several nieces and nephews also survive. According to Tracy's wishes, he will be cremated and all his arrangements will be private at the convenience of his family.
