Vicki J. Skeens, age 53 of Toronto, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2011 at Lifeline Hospital in Wintersville, Ohio.Born February 1, 1958 in Steubenville, she is a daughter of the late Lloyd King and Claire Achhammer. She is retired from the Scott Lumber Company of Steubenville and Weirton where she worked as a secretary and office manager. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father Lloyd Achhamer and her mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary and Bernard Skeens.Vicki''s survivors include, her husband, Bernard Skeens of the family home in Toronto whom she married February 8, 1975; a son John Skeens of Toronto; a daughter Mrs. Karla Skeens and her FiancAC.e Jordan Maple of East Liverpool, Ohio; a grandson Raymond Householder Jr. of East Liverpool, Ohio; four sisters, Mrs. Susan Wilson and her husband Paul of Cumberland, Maryland, Ms. Alice Humes of St. Petersburg, Florida, Ms. Valli King of Steubenville, Ohio, Mrs. Helen Spanovich of Steubenville, Ohio; four brothers, Larry King and his wife Beckie of Steubenville, Ohio, Ronnie King and his wife Janet of Toronto, Ohio, Christopher King and his wife Dachia of Lake Stevens, Washington, Jeffery King of Warrens Baugh, Illinois; mother Mrs. Donna King of Toronto, Ohio. Sister-in-law Mrs. Gloria Strazinski of Mingo Jct.
