Vincent Edward Chipps age 52 of Phoenix, Arizona passed Monday August 3, 2026 at his home of natural causes.

He was born July 12, 1974 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Cynthia Ann (Kaniecki) Wright and Robert E Chipps who survives.

Vincent was employed by the Schneider National of Phoenix as a diesel mechanic.

He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1995 to 1999 having served in Bosnia.

Vincent’s family includes his father, Robert E. Chipps; brother, Robert J. Chipps; nephew, Nathanial Vincent Chipps and half-brother, Ryan Chipps.

Family and friends will gather for visitation 5 to 7 PM Friday August 21st at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration service of Vincent's life will be held at 7 PM following visitation with Pastor Rob Minto officiating.

Full military honors by the Toronto American Legion Honor Guard will be presented honoring Vincent’s service in the U.S. Army following the celebration service of Vincents life at the funeral home.
