Virginia Carole Merideth, age 80 of Toronto passed away Thursday January 2, 2025 at the Lancia Villa Vista Royale in Steubenville.

She was born June 2, 1944 in Marian, West Virginia the daughter of the late Cornelius and Carole " Hamm" Jacobsen.

Virginia was a homemaker and a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Toronto.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Eugene Merideth in 2020 whom she married January 17, 1963; siblings, Gerald and Wesley Jacobsen, Linda Richardson and Darlene Kudika.

Virginia is survived by her children, Cheryl (Greg) King, Kevin (Kim) Merideth, Dena Smith, Mandy Merideth, Madison (JC) Merideth; grandchildren, Max, Dylan, Zach, Kevin; great-grandchildren, Amora, Charlie, Phoenix, Kelley, Elyse, Cora and Calvin; siblings, Jeff (Liz) Jacobsen, Kim (Bill) Custer, Terri (Bob) Wenner and Mary Ann Jacobsen.

Virginia's arrangements are private and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
