Vivian E. Dorand age 88 of Toronto passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born December 4, 1934 in Toronto the daughter of the late Bruce William and Effie (Cronin) Dorand.

Vivian was a member of the Toronto First Church of the Nazarene; loved to work in her yard and take care of her family. She was a 1953 graduate of Toronto High School.

She had been employed for several years at the McCory's Department Store in Steubenville and later at the Save A Lot store in Toronto.

In addition to her family, Vivian was preceded in death by her sisters, Pearl Dorand, Grace Baker and Louise Glasure; brothers, Clyde Dorand and Bill Dorand.

Vivian is survived by her sister, Wilda M. Dorand of the family home; Niece, Cynthia Kinest and other nieces and nephews; great niece Amanda Estell and husband Matt and great nephew, Robert J. Kinest; great- great nieces and nephews, Greyson, Hunter and Cameron.

Visitation hours for Vivian will be from 10am to2pm Thursday, October 19th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto followed by a celebration of Vivian's life service at 2pm with Mr. Norm Winstel officiating. Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery, County Road 68, Toronto.
