Montgomery - Age 70 - a homemaker of Steubenville passed away Sunday - August 5th at the Trinity Medical Center - West, Steubenville.She was born December 30, 1936 in Keyser, W.Va. the daughter of the late Webster and Annie McKinsey UttaWanda was preceded in death by: Parents / Husband - Delbert E. A"SkipA" Montgomery who passed away in 1989 / Brother - Paul Utta / 2 Sisters - Alma Miller and Geraldine Lazear.Her survivors are:Son: Delbert L. A"SkipA" Montgomery of TorontoSister: Mable Cavanaugh of Weirton, W.Va.Two grandchildrenFriends and family will gather for visitation from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Friday at the Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main St. - Toronto. 740-537-1234 or 800-588-1446.A Celebration of Wanda''s Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M.
