Wanda M. Reese, age 76 of East Liverpool passed away at the home of her daughter on Sunday June 22, 2003Wanda was born February 25, 1927 in New Cumberland, West Virginia. She is a daughter of the late James Snowden and Vona Ammon Snowden Russell. Wanda is a protestant by faith and is a retired saleswoman for Reese Mobile Homes of Empire, Ohio.Wanda''s survivors include three daughters Mrs. Holly A. Board and her husband Charles of East Liverpool, Oh. Mrs. Dorothy R. Reis and her husband Daniel of East Liverpool, Oh. Mrs. Toni Fetty and her husband Richard of Toronto. Two sons, Thomas B. Exterovich and his wife Yvette of Toronto. James L. Reese and his wife Judy of Panama City, Fla. Two Step-sons, Robert P. Reese and his wife Sonya of Empire, and Blaine K. Reese of Steubenville. Two Step-daughters, Miss Amy S. Russell of Salineville, and Mrs. Cindy L. Graham and her husband Joseph of St. Clairsville. Three brothers, William Snowden of Lake Milton, Oh Gene Snowden and his wife Shirley of Newton Falls, Oh David Snowden and his wife Pam of North Jackson, Oh. Four sisters Mrs. Virginia Ann Hardwick and her husband Jerry of Warren, Oh. Mrs. Julie Clegg and her husband Don of North Jackson, Oh. Mrs. Cathy Calvin and her husband Denny of Salem, Oh. Mrs. Barbara Miller and her husband Barry of Warren, Oh. Her Step-father, Mr. Cy Russell of Loraine, Oh. 20 Grandchildren; and 19 Great-Grandchildren.In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by her husband Harry A. Reese whom she married November 17, 1955 and who passed away in 1990. Two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Gibson, and Mrs. Erma Brown Hull. Three brothers, Herb Snowden, James Snowden, and Charles Snowden. She is also preceded by her step-mother Ann Snowden.Family and friends will gather for visitation at the Clarke Funeral Home-302 Main St. Toronto ( 740-537-1234; 800-588-1446) on Tuesday, June 24, 2003 from 7-9 P.M. and Wednesday, June 25, from 2-4&7-9 P.M.A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Wanda''s sister Mrs. Virginia Hardwick will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Sugar Grove Cemetery.
